In recent years because of pain sleep deprivation and my inability to walk drive or socialize I find myself brooding over the way some people have treated me in the past.

Although I understand the wisdom of JC saying “turn the other cheek” I decided these instances were different as I wasn’t retaliating in person I was just wishing these people  harm

Many years ago I designed behaviour modification programs –somewhat hypercritical of me as I disagree with treating the symptom and not the cause

In behaviour mod there is as technique called “extinction” where the behaviour is completely ignored

I have come to realize that I should be completely ignoring all of the insults and abuse etc  even though the revenge is is in my mind

As our thoughts have an affect

I am no longer giving these thought power

So I either just say –“Let it go”

MORE MORNING MUSINGS

This is a recent picture of me NOT — Oh to be that healthy and energetic

For the last couple of years my life has involved resting resting and more fu-king resting:

This was motivated by seeing a tribal dance on morning television.

I read “Conversations with God”  at the turn of this century.

What bothered me is that he “supposedly channelled” negative remarks about the Australian indigenous people.

Our indigenous Australians did not see time as linear (until white man came and spoiled their world)

I attended an outside lecture given by an aboriginal elder in the 1980s

I thought to myself

all considered inferior in white culture at the time:

She spoke through an interpreter:

before she spoke she looked at everyone in the crowd

  then said that she would speak.

After, a male friend said “Did you feel that?”

I have indigenous Australian friends:

one lady, a “full blood”, amazes me with her wisdom and her attitude:

I met her at a church “free lunch”. (before COVID)

As I had never been before I asked if I may sit at her table

Many of the Christians there just ”looked down their nose” at her

She noticed but just smiled

I was bought up Church of England and did the “born again” thing in my 20s

I wrote a blog “Thank God I am an Atheist Pun Intended

Am including it

Several of my friends have told me that I am not an athiest

They may be correct:

I do not really have a god concept:

if I did it would be Pantheism.

Since I was 60 I have gone back to church services a few times because I like the ritual and Jesus teachings.

But the fascism

and people who claim to know God’s will

makes me leave.

One group of ladies came to my house and told me what had to be thrown out.

One was a poster with amazing art work called Astral circus.

They went through my book cases and told me my anthropology books were evil.

I have the greatest respect for Jesus but believe him to be a teacher not a god.

After Constantine stopped throwing Christians to the lions and made Christianity the religion of Rome there was a meeting at Nicaea to decide what to leave in the bible and what to take out.

If “God” is a loving god why would She desire worship?

Religion is what influences a culture.

Our culture believes other life forms don’t feel and have no soul.

We have destroyed the ecology and continue to make all life extinct.

I tried to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word and concept:

People ridiculed and abused me for this:

some told me I was anthropomorphising animals and other life forms.

As if I would wish any creature to be human 😛

If we credit some “Being” as having created this reality, this “Being” would have to be a sadistic psychopath.

Every creature has to deprive another life form of its existence in order to survive. ( Its called eating)

Just breathing kills other life forms! As we breathe in micro organisms.

I believe everything that exists has a consciousness: And because of my clairvoyant experiences I believe everything survives beyond physical death.

The answer I got was more a concept than words but translated, I was asked if I could conceptualize NO linear time and when I said “No” I was told that “they” couldn’t explain.

WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW

I HAVE BEEN REPOSTING OLD POSTS OF LATE BECAUSE CHRONIC PAIN AND SLEEP DEPRIVATION AFFECT MY CONCENTRATION —suffice to say i am not doing readings except for the occassional freebie for friends

I have several friends who don’t believe in clairvoyance or surviving death

On the rare occasions I mention a clairvoyant experience that amazed me they just look at me with disdain or make some comment implying that I am either making it up or delusional

Although I dislike being “called” a liar (honesty is important to me)

these are true friends                    

 I don’t need them to believe me – I know it to be true

 so I tolerate their attitude.

People tend to believe that a belief in God and heaven is necessary for a belief in an “afterlife”

Surviving death isn’t synonymous with a religious belief.

We do not understand the nature of reality.

(or at least I don’t)

It appears we exist in an alternate reality when we are “not here”! In this reality the electrons are apparently moving at a different speed around the protons and neutrons so it is out of phase. ( This is my very limited understanding of quantum physics)

Another misconception is that people have to be “earth bound” to communicate with the living:

NOT SO!

Until the following I suspected clairvoyance was wishful thinking and vivid imagination

The incident that convinced me that clairvoyance was a reality happened at work. I was a student nurse at Strathmont Centre.  I was washing dishes with a male staff nurse. We didn’t have kitchen hands in those days.  Kym was six feet tall and rather heavy set and had long blonde hair. A man (deceased) flashed in (when I see or hear things they flash in a fraction of a second) He had Kym’s high forehead and similar features but wore a suit with a crepe ribbon and a cross and had a short back and sides haircut and dark hair.

I asked Kym if his father was a minister. He asked me why and initially I would not answer. I eventually told him what I saw and Kym told me that it was his uncle. He asked me what denomination his uncle was.

I did not know.

After Kym left the kitchen I asked his uncle, whom I could no longer “see”, what he had died of.  The words were that fast all I could make out was sclerosis. Because we were with the intellectually disabled I thought “tubular sclerosis?” Then I realized it was multiple sclerosis.

 When we were having a tea break Kym told me that his uncle died of multiple sclerosis. I was amazed and said that his uncle had “told” me this!

Kym said “Get more”! I informed him that I couldn’t.

But I saw panama hats and monkeys. I said “He was a missionary in South America” Kym said “Yes”. I then saw masks and a jungle and said he was also a missionary in New Guinea. Kym told me this wasn’t so.  When Kym came to work the next day, he said that his mother had confirmed that her brother was a missionary in New Guinea. This showed that I wasn’t just reading Kim’s mind.

A CREATIVE MEDITATION

CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION

This is a visualization meditation

You create  a sacred space which you use for healing

talking with friends

solving problems

creating anything that you wish

I recorded this guided meditation for a psychic development group that I  was running, at participants request

I have put it  in writing to bring down your guides for the first time as it isn’t included in the audio

The colours and numbers take your consciousness to alpha.

MEDITATION

Relax: centre: and protect yourself.

Breathe deeper and slower that you normally would.

Visualize the colour RED and know that you are becoming more relaxed.

Now visualize ORANGE

YELLOW
GREEN
BLUE: you are very relaxed and calm now.

INDIGO

VIOLET

You are now on a beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Smell the sea air. Hear the seagulls and the thunder of the waves. Stay here a while relaxing.

You see an hole in the cliff face and start walking toward this.

You enter and find yourself in a cave lit by phosphorescent fungi.

There are steps going down.

You descend these steps.

There is a door in front of you.

You open this door.

This is your sacred space:

You create this yourself.

The more that you use this meditation the more powerful it will become.

Have an elevator to the right at the back to bring people down for healing; problems solving; or just to talk to.

Always send them back up.

The first time you go to you sacred space you bring down a male & female guide.

They stay here. You do not send THEM back.

as the door opens your female guide steps out

I have a “natural” mineral pool because I like nature:

Remember that your guides stay in this sacred space awaiting you.

Not a literary masterpiece but a true story.

And there are so many amazing stories omitted so as not to break client confidentiality.

Because of my own experiences I know we survive physical death but realize you must have your own experiences

The second part I wrote as therapy and had not intended to include.

It wasn’t included in the original l publication

( I started shaking when I tried to write about the abuse so it is badly written and a great deal omitted)

Some have criticized my writing style — to which I’ve replied  –“ I majored in sociology not literature”– one person told me that the way I wrote it felt real and truthful

My daughter suggested that I write this book

To develop your clairvoyance practice is essential and my mentor said mentally ask questions:

VEGAN

This is a reblog — I am so encouraged these day by the number of people who care about other life forms


I found this picture years ago but do not know who to give the credit to.

In South Australia in the 1970’s and 80’s vegetarians and vegans were not catered for.

There was a cafe on the corner of Hindmarsh Square and Rundle Street Adelaide, called “Carrots” :

one restaurant that catered for vegans

and  a Lebanese restaurant  that offered a vegetarian platter.

The only vegetarian food one could buy was by Sanitarium

which was, and am guessing still is, owned by the Seventh-day Adventist church.

(And very much appreciated — Thank you Seventh Day Adventists)

We were ridiculed and abused by those in pubs, restaurants and people generally.

I made my own burghers using lentils, vegetable and bread crumbs and at a surprise birthday party for my (now ex) husband all the carnivores were eating these:

not realizing they had no meat.

I didn’t insist my family were vegetarian

I would make a vegetarian dish to share

and also cook meat.

If I ate meat I would have night mares about being an animal in a slaughter house.

I object to factory farming and production line slaughter.

Of course the reason the setup is this way is there are way to many humans.

I didn’t want to eat meat as a child:

for refusing I received a bashing from  my mother:

she threatened to have me put in a mental institution

and served me the same meal for breakfast lunch and tea until I ate it.

I have allowed myself to eat meat on a few occasions over the years usually because I was anaemic

The night mares return plus my digestive system doesn’t handle meat.

In this day and age when there are so many vegans, I never expected to be ridiculed but it has happened on several occasions.

I complimented one woman on having soy milk in her coffee and she abuse the hell out of me:
Said that she wasn’t vegan (which according to her is worse than leprosy ) she had soy milk because she liked it.

It is important to me that I am always honest so I must confess that sadly  I have only been  a part time vegan— but still vegetarian:

Hoping this time around I will stay vegan.

If I ate eggs I bought those produced locally as I have been to the farm where the chickens are and I would live where they live  😀

I cannot watch cooking shows:

Haven’t cooked meat for anyone since 1998

I am horrified that people think eating creature that is boiled alive is a treat.

A friend asked me why vegans avoid dairy :

I explained that the cows are kept continually pregnant:

the calves go to slaughter and their mothers know.

In my opinion the drug companies are worse than the meat industry.

In 1982 the husband of one of my staff asked me to report that suckie calves were left to die of dehydration & starvation.

I was told by someone who bought stock that

all new borns are just left to die that way.

In 1982 I reported what was told to me to the RSPCA who called me a liar and a trouble maker.

I put something inwriting but it was ignored.

Animal Liberation told me to write to my politician.

Nothing.

Years later an acquaintance who had worked in the abattoirs told me that the drug companies ask for this.

And my podiatrist  (an animal activist) told me that the drug companies collect hormones from this type of death.

People just don’t want to know.

I have never felt comfortable with what the Spiritualist call trance and most call channelling

For twenty years with my clairvoyance/mediumship I would only say what I “saw” or “heard”

At the beginning of this century another clairvoyant told me to trust the concepts that came into my head

I questioned
“How do I know that I am not just making it up?”

But I can tell when I concept is a clairvoyant message

With trance which I have only  tried  twice I felt like I was making it up

Yet I was told by others in the circle that my face changed and that I answered questions that were not said out loud ?

Anyway I have decided TO ASK MY GUIDE FOR A MESSAGE FOR WHOM EVER READS THIS BLOG

The following is a concept so hope that I am explaining it clearly

–“we honour you for who you are  and all you do

know that just by BEING in this “reality” you are helping

Implied here is that your “energy” helps heal

I will ask for a message daily –may not always get one

Someone said to me that “You get what you pay for”?

After posting that I was finally getting notification emails re WORDPRESS

I havent received any more

–WordPress have investigated this and the problem is with Outlook

– I like reading blogs –hence I check “reader” and comments

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR would have applied in the days when people took pride in their work and craftsmanship

 but in an age when multinationals rule the wold and only humans and money matter

  –goods and services are sold at high prices so that people presume they are good

Something expensive isn’t necessarily better and visa versa.

The best naturopath  (who actually saved my life) was not expensive:

The best hairdresser charges me $25 for an hair cut

The best clairvoyant reading that I ever had cost me $5 (admittedly it was in the 1980s – hence it would be equivalent to $23 now)

Once the church told us what to think and believe now it is the multinationals

they control the media (and politicians)

FROM MY PERSPECTIVE THE LAST TIME THE WORLD GRIEVED THIS MUCH WAS WHEN JFK DIED

From my perspective the last time the world grieved this much was when JFK died

I love the Queen and “met” her in person when she opened the city of Elizabeth – Prince Phillip stopped talking to some girls next to me –so saw them both close up  –  I also watched her car drive past on Main North Road in 1954

 I have had these pictures for years and cannot remember where they originated

I was in third year high school  in South Australia when John Kennedy was assassinated   November 1963 and the school closed for half a day

I remember how much President Kennedy was liked and admired

I was devastated when John  Lennon was shot in  December 1980

And  horrified when  Princess Diana died August 1997  – I personally don’t think that it was an accident  but I am not omniscient

For me  when Queen Elizabeth died I had not sensed so much grief worldwide since JFK was shot
