Do Sociopaths Outnumber Empaths?

albert schweiter

Although I tend not to agree with the “New Age “stuff” one wise young lady suggested that I may be an “empath” and this fits.

I know several people who fit this category.

One of my issues with “New Age” is it has turned spiritual endeavours into the “Protestant Ethic” of money making: The other, it is populated by people who appear to believe utter “bovine faeces”.

This is a broad generalisation any many do “keep it real”.

I “pick up” on people’s feelings and those of other life forms.

When I was a child my mother threatened to have me put in a mental institution because I couldn’t bear to see anything suffer.

I hid a dog in the local church ( which was always unlocked in those days) so it wouldn’t be shot for breaking into the chicken run.

When I was at primary school we were being taught about Albert Schweitzer and our teacher thought him strange because he was upset by moths being attracted to a flame or light. I am the same! At night I make sure the curtains are completely shut so that the light doesn’t attract moths.

I also do my best not to kill anything.

This includes insects and rodents!

I have just seen a post about cruelty to pigs on Facebook and it has motivated me to re write and eventually re publish my fiction e Book.  I am writing this e Book for me.

I do my best not support the drug companies and the meat industry.

There are many horror stories but I will just tell one.

In 1982 the husband of one of my staff, who was carting stock to the abattoirs, asked me to report that suckie calves were left to die of dehydration and starvation:  I phoned  the RSPCA who called me a liar and a trouble maker: I then put something in writing but this was ignored.

I found out from people that work at the abattoirs or visit same that all new borns are left to die this way.

And to my knowledge this still happens.

A friend of my that used to work there told me earlier this century that the drug companies ask for this ( death by starvation and dehydration!) And my podiatrist told me that hormones build up in the tissues when they die this way and the drug companies harvest these.

In the seventies I was in Animal lib: Greenpeace:  and later Trees For Life. I was also in Women’s lib.

Women’s lib has gone to ridiculous extremes:

Animal Lib: Greenpeace and Trees For Life are just impotent bureaucracies: Animals still have no rights: And money is still more important than ecology.

And homo sapiens are way beyond plague proportions.

I haven’t put any clairvoyant stories in my blog of late: this is because I believe it unethical to relate peoples reading—but amazing stuff still happens.

The stories that I can tell are in my non fiction E Book and because I am with Amazon KDP I am legally not allowed to put them anywhere digitally.

I still haven’t the slightest idea about the meaning of life: The closest I can ascertain is that time is a dimension and linear time an illusion?

It doesn’t explain all the cruelty.

Blessed be.

Enjoy your day on this beautiful planet.

The Ramblings of an Old Person

When I was young, after hearing old people go on about the good old days, I promised myself that I would not do this when I was old:  AND I AM NOT!

So much has improved in my life time:

Women now have equal rights and no longer take their status from their husband: (well not everywhere.)

Children have rights and are no longer meant to be “seen and not heard”:

Non-Caucasian races have rights and status:

Non-heterosexual relationships are accepted:

There is religious tolerance: (well not everywhere)

More people care about the ecology of our beautiful planet:

And more people care about non-human life forms:

More people care about trees:

I am starting to realize how old I am and that what younger generations see as history was a current event for me. e.g. I remember the moon landing – I was nine months pregnant.

The good thing about my childhood in South Australia in the 50s and 60s was that the population of Australia went from 9 million to 12 million.

Living in the suburbs in S A was like living in a country town.

I caught the train by myself from Salisbury (which in those days was a quiet country town and not the suburb from hell as it is now) to Gwen Mackey’s ballet school (which was near the Adelaide railway station) from age 8 until age 12. The reason I stopped was that I was sick of exams. Exams at school and exams at ballet!

(The following may sound like I am bragging but I had no self-esteem nor self-confidence because of a life time of abuse, starting when I was a baby, from the person that gave birth to me.)

In primary school I was always near the top of the class: My friend who I still keep in touch with (although she now lives in Canada) always came top. I came second in grade six but the other years I would usually be about  6th. We had large classes often sixty children in a class.

In the nineteen sixties children were allocated (from primary school) to an high school or a technical school after sitting an I Q test.

Then in high school we were designated into classes A B C or D

I was in “A” class and the girls in “A” class studied Latin instead of “Domestic Arts” (Home Economics)

In fourth year high school, I was made a school prefect.

sals high 1

I worked with computers that were the size of wardrobes in refrigerated rooms.

I worked on a switch board typing telegrams that were dictated to me.

I operated a telex that transmitted the news to radio and tv stations around Australia.

And there is more  😛

but fortunately I wont bore you with it.

I have confidence in the younger generation and  believe some of them will help heal our beautiful planet.

A friend now deceased used to say “There are always : The good: The bad: and the indifferent.” It is so true!

Blessed be

Enjoy your day

I have included some of my personal history in this E book which I hope to have printed: It explains how I know that I am really communicating with people that are no longer in this reality or this part of linear time. ( I don’t claim to understand the nature of reality) Check it out. You are able to read a sample for free.
