CONTROL DRAMAS
I was working 12 hour shifts and doing crystal ball readings on my days off, in a new-age book shop, when James Redfield first published The Celestine Prophecy
The proprietor showed me the book and said “This is only for beginners.”
I didn’t think so:
I found it interesting:
I especially liked his theory on control dramas.
A wise friend now deceased used to say don’t people please.
I know many people can identify with trying very hard to please a parent in order to get their approval and never succeeding.
Applying James Redfield’s ideas we are literally giving our power away.
I know I have given my power away by trying to “people please”:
Once I realized what I was doing and stopped, believe it or not my health improved:
Many people use control dramas
If you feel some people are draining your energy they probably are
there are spells
putting protection around ones self
And crystals or talismans for protection
I cleanse my chakras:
This is one I use:
Chakra Cleansing
Bring a beam of white light down through your crown chakra – violet – above your head- 5cm in diameter – spinning – As the white light swirls through each chakra it cleanses it making each colour brighter. Check each chakra for cords. Unplug cords: seal your end with white light which changes to the colour of the chakra.
Take the beam of light through the following chakras repeating the above.
Third eye – middle of forehead – indigo
Throat – floating above voice box – blue
Heart – middle of chest – green
Solar plexus – 3 cm above the navel – yellow
Sexual – above pubic hair – orange
Base – at base of spine – red
Take the white light to the soles of your feet -2 minor chakras – then into the earth. Bring a broad band of white light back up over your head. It then divides into two & fountains back into the earth.

A SHORT STORY ABOUT HEALING THE BLUE PLANET
I wrote and published this sci fi short story a few years ago (under the above title) when the human population was only 7.4 billion:

It is now 8 billion
I wrote this short story as social satire and sympathetic magic
The idea that we were genetically engineered is from Mayan writings plus my belief that humans are not indigenous to the planet

The idea that humans were livestock for the gods is mine but am sure others have thought this
I chose Ophiuchus because I was I was drawn to this constellation

A CREATIVE MEDITATION
CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION
This is a visualization meditation
You create a sacred space which you use for healing
talking with friends
solving problems
creating anything that you wish
I recorded this guided meditation for a psychic development group that I was running, at participants request
I have put it in writing to bring down your guides for the first time as it isn’t included in the audio
And there is a mistake in the audio near end of meditation
The colours and numbers take your consciousness to alpha.
MEDITATION
Relax: centre: and protect yourself.
Breathe deeper and slower that you normally would.
Visualize the colour RED and know that you are becoming more relaxed.
Now visualize ORANGE
YELLOW
GREEN
BLUE: you are very relaxed and calm now.
INDIGO
VIOLET
You are now on a beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Smell the sea air. Hear the seagulls and the thunder of the waves. Stay here a while relaxing.
You see an hole in the cliff face and start walking toward this.
You enter and find yourself in a cave lit by phosphorescent fungi.
There are steps going down.
You descend these steps.
12;11;10;9;8;7;6;5;4;3;2;1
There is a door in front of you.
You open this door.
This is your sacred space:
You create this yourself.
The more that you use this meditation the more powerful it will become.
Have an elevator to the right at the back to bring people down for healing; problems solving; or just to talk to.
Always send them back up.
The first time you go to you sacred space you bring down a male & female guide.
They stay here. You do not send THEM back.
visualize the lift/elevator going up
then coming back down
as the door opens your female guide steps out
notice how she looks
ask her name
ask her to stand by you while you send the elevator back up

spend time talking with your guides

I have a “natural” mineral pool because I like nature:

THE CLAIRVOYANT EXPERIENCES OF A SCEPTIC
I wrote this book so people would know that physical death is not the end
Since I first published this book January 2018 I have had such positive feedback
People tell me their own stories and some even relate to my personal history
Some understandably wish they could have similar experiences
I used to love running psychic development classes because it was exciting when someone “saw” for the first time –even if it was just an aura
A clairvoyant a few decades ago told me that the only reason I saw was because I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t – makes sense to me –I really was a sceptic
My daughter suggest that I write the psychic development classes –but it is practice that develops the latent ability

ABSOLUTE IDEOLOGY
Just putting the idiot box on this morning motivated me to write this
The definition of fascism is an absolute ideology
Western religions are absolute ideologies
As long as our culture adheres to a religion that was set up by Constantine to control the empire —–the ecology and humanity have no hope
When Constantine combined Jesus teachings with Judaism ( and a mix of some Roman ideology) there was a meeting in Nicaea to decide what to put in the bible and what to leave out
Jesus teachings, although edited, are a positive input to this religion.
The Bible and the Koran are almost identical
The idea that there is a supreme being presumes an hierarchal structure
Cultures (and religions) that live in harmony with the ecology were labelled inferior or evil
“Even if some omnipotent being created this reality why would it insist on being worshipped?”
Several of my friends have told me that I am not an athiest
They may be correct:
but I do not really have a god concept:
if I did it would be Pantheism.
Since I was 60 I have gone back to church services a few times because I like the ritual and Jesus teachings.
But the fascism
and people who claim to know God’s will
makes me leave.
One group of ladies came to my house and told me what had to be thrown out.
One was a poster with amazing art work called Astral circus.
They went through my book cases and told me my anthropology books were evil.
I have the greatest respect for Jesus but believe him to be a teacher not a god.
When Constantine decided to combine Jesus teachings and Judaism and make it the religion of Rome –there was a meeting in Nicaea to decide what to put in the bible and what to leave out
If “God” is a loving god why would it desire worship?
Religion is what influences a culture.
Our culture believes other life forms don’t feel and have no soul.
We have destroyed the ecology and continue to make all life extinct.
I tried to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word and concept:
People ridiculed and abused me for this:
some told me I was anthropomorphising animals and other life forms.
As if I would wish any creature to be human 😛
If we credit some “Being” as having created this reality, this “Being” would have to be a sadistic psychopath.
Every creature has to deprive another life form of its existence in order to survive. ( Its called eating)
Just breathing kills other life forms! As we breathe in micro organisms.
I believe everything that exists has a consciousness: And because of my clairvoyant experiences I believe everything survives beyond physical death.
I asked clairvoyantly about “the meaning of life” which strangely enough isn’t 42 (Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy)
The answer I got was more a concept than words but translated, I was asked if I could conceptualize NO linear time and when I said “No” I was told that “they” couldn’t explain.

MAGIC/QUANTUM PHYSICS

What we label as magic is actually quantum physics
Einstein’s E = mc2
I understood that time decrease with velocity in my teens (1960s)
But it is thanks to Star Trek that I realized that matter and energy are interchangeable

I questioned my spirit guides about life after death and was “told” “can you conceptualize no linear time?” when I answered “no” they said that they couldn’t explain

I used to tell neophytes that it is intent that matters and emotion that empowers.
Most people would be aware of the idea of a self fulfilling prophecy:
“A self-fulfilling prophecy is a prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true, by the very terms of the prophecy itself, due to positive feedback between belief and behaviour.” Wikipedia
The power of suggestion –When I am in too much pain to cope or my anxiety disorder kicks in I say to my self “RELAX” and “SMILE”.
Try saying smile to yourself and see what happens 😀

BIRDS/AHIMSA
I tried my best to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word/concept
Impossible in a culture that believes only humans have a soul and only money matters
I get upset when people kill insects
I stopped being friends with a man who stomped on an insect that was crawling past us when we were sitting outside.
Imagine the damage done by 8 billion humans needlessly killing insects
And also the damage done by this species poisoning “weeds”
I fed the local birds from when i first moved to Goowal (1998)
Mindless automatons told me
“Do not to feed the birds -they are meant to find their own food”
It doesn’t occur to them that the human plague (of more than 8 Billion) has destroyed the homes and food sources of all other life – making so many extinct.
I feed the crows too –one neighbour has complained about their noise
The other has told me that she likes the Ibis (that I feed) but not the crow.
Crows like many other life forms are disliked because of cultural programming
The crow I feed, feeds the baby before she? feeds herself
I wasn’t able to take a photo because the baby flies away when I walk outside – comes back when I go in.
Humans have this effect on me — have said I am anthrophobic for decades – don’t think it is an actual word)
I have always been a misfit in a culture –
Where sociopaths are successful
Psychopaths glorified
And it is necessary to be a mindless automaton to fit in.
Considering all the positive changes in my life time I am optimistic that
the caring, intelligent people will prevail and stop all life from becoming extinct.

I wrote this as social satire and sympathetic magic
I wanted to put my idea that humans are not indigenous to the planet
A few lines from this short story:
“Most humans think that those who live in harmony with the environment are primitive and inferior. Actually they don’t think.
They just mindlessly conform to what those in power and their entertainment media tell them.
They are really stupid but consider themselves superior to all other life forms because they talk:
They think if something or someone doesn’t talk they don’t understand. They thoughtlessly destroy everything. They call some creatures vermin,
when humans are the vermin. They kill insects and destroy all the trees despite the fact that insects and trees are essential.
And everything literally goes down the drain polluting the oceans instead of nourishing other life.”

TO “SEE” OR NOT TO “SEE”
I believe that everyone is clairvoyant – the ability atrophies because our culture tells us it doesnt exist
My mentor said that it was just a naural extension of our five senses
In the 1970s most people considered us the lunatic fringe
In the late nineteen eighties early nineties the so called “New age” became trendy
And was turned into the Protestant ethic of making a profit
(I like Armin Shimerman as an actor but I’m not much of a fan of Deep Space Nine)
There is still a lunatic fringe
And there are also many con artist who charge a fortune and are making it up
I have never charged much
Partly because my Dad was a Spiritualist and told me that I must not charge
And also because I am so anti the Protestant ethic
One lady told me the year before covid that anyone who charges less than eighty is no good
I don’t care whether people believe me not
It is not a matter of belief
More one of quantum physics

I dont know the meaning of life:
nor understand the nature of reality:
I do know physical death is not the end.
And there are so many amazing stories omitted so as not to break client confidentiality.
The second part I wrote as therapy and had not intended to include.

( I started shaking when I tried to write about the abuse so it is badly written and a great deal omitted)
A SHORT STORY ABOUT HEALING THE BLUE PLANET
I wrote and published this sci fi short story a few years ago (under the above title) when the human population was only 7.4 billion:
(1st published 4th April 2017)
It is now 8 billion.
Our cultural norms and the Protestant Ethic are causing the extinction of all life.
I wrote this as social satire and sympathetic magic
I realize my writing style doesn’t fit what people expect
My excuse –I majored in sociology not literature 😛
I wanted to put my idea that humans are not indigenous to the planet
A few lines from this short story:
“Most humans think that those who live in harmony with the environment are primitive and inferior. Actually they don’t think.
They just mindlessly conform to what those in power and their entertainment media tell them.
They are really stupid but consider themselves superior to all other life forms because they talk:
They think if something or someone doesn’t talk they don’t understand.
They thoughtlessly destroy everything. They call some creatures vermin, when humans are the vermin. They kill insects and destroy all the trees despite the fact that insects and trees are essential.
And everything literally goes down the drain polluting the oceans instead of nourishing other life.”
Even though these days children have support if they ask for it they are not likely to do so

For several decades I thought I deserved abuse
i had no siblings or extended family (grandparents were in the UK)
My mother had most people convinced that she was all sweetness and light
And in my 20s I thought I was a bad mother because I didn’t scream at my children and bash them
My Mother had wanted a boy and couldn’t have more children after my birth, hence she never liked me.
I can still remember her screaming at me when I was still in my cot upstairs in a “two up, two down” house “After all the pain and suffering I went through giving birth to you: you are useless a failure a disappointment: neither use nor ornament -Cannot do anything right ”
She repeated this statement frequently for 63 years and 8 months
She never liked me but I always loved her. When I was a child I thought that she was the most beautiful and the cleverest person I knew.
I started school when I was four: Mother arranged this so that she could go to work.
I have blocked out a lot of my abuse but somethings will occasionally trigger a flashback.
When we were still at Northfield and I was already going to school my mother pushed me into the wood burning part of the wood stove when it was lit and shut the door: She then pulled me out: wrapped me in a blanket and told people that she had saved my life after I crawled in. I had first degree burns.
A few years later we moved to Salisbury North. It was still mostly farms at the time.
When I was ten my mother was bashing me with a scrubbing brush and had also washed my mouth out with soap. I said to her “I haven’t done anything wrong” and she told my that she just felt like bashing me. Despite this, for over half a century I believed that I deserved abuse because this is what everyone told me.
mother kicked and bashed me Christmas 1993, a month after I had had an hysterectomy. (After this I didn’t speak to my parents for six months.)
The reason it only lasted six months was that my parents had relatives visit from England and Dad phoned and asked me to come and visit.
(Mother smirked like a child getting her own way and never apologised or even admitted she had done anything.)
I let my mother mind the children, which in retrospect was stupid.
My husband’s nephews were four and six at the time and the four-year-old was in his twenties when he told me how abusive my mother had been to him. I didn’t hear about the abuse to the then six-year-old (now in his early forties) until just after my mother’s funeral.
My mothers physical abuse was horrific but her mental abuse was worse and this continued up to and including the week she died.
When my Dad was dying in 2004 I took her to the hospital every day and we stayed for most of the day. I initially presumed she got upset because she thought she wasn’t getting any attention:
l later realised it was because my Dad said that he was proud of me.
I had been helping the morning shift and when the roster changed Mother went crying to the RN who came back and glared at me.
When we picked up Dad’s things after he died this same RN told me off for abusing my mother.
My Dad was a lovely person but was never allowed to pay me any attention or my mother would have a screaming fit. On his death bed he asked me to look after her. I did so, not just because I had promised him that I would but because I was hoping that my mother would love me and be nice to me.
Never happened!
