I love the meaning of this word
The quote is from chopra.com One of the most common translations of namasté is “The divine light in me bows to the divine light within you.”
BIRDS/AHIMSA
I tried my best to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word/concept
Impossible in a culture that believes only humans have a soul and only money matters
I Have fed the local birds ever since I moved here
Mindless automatons tell me
“Do not to feed the birds -they are meant to find their own food”
It doesn’t occur to them that the human plague (of 8 Billion) has destroyed their homes and food source
The larger birds kill and eat the smaller birds because there isnt enough food
last year kookaburras were culled because they were eating the smaller rare birds
One neighbour told me that she likes the Ibis (that I feed) but not the crow.
Crows like many other life forms are disliked because of cultural programming
The crow I feed, feeds the baby before she? feeds herself
I wasn’t able to take a photo because the baby flies away when I walk outside – comes back when I go in.
Humans have this effect on me — have said I am anthrophobic for decades – don’t think it is an actual word)
I have always been a misfit in a culture –
Where sociopaths are successful
Psychopaths glorified
And it is necessary to be a mindless automaton to fit in.
Considering all the positive changes in my life time I am optimistic that
the caring, intelligent people will prevail and stop all life from becoming extinct.

a famous quote attributed to Marie-Antoinette, the queen of France during the French Revolution. As the story goes, it was the queen’s response upon being told that her starving peasant subjects had no bread.
Most people have this attitude and response to starving wild life.
e.g.
I am often told
“don’t feed the birds they have to find their own food”
People don’t realize that humans in western culture have destroyed the homes and food sources of all other life forms.
Our norms and attitudes are causing the extinction of all life.
In our culture we don’t share with one another; never mind other life forms.
Karl Marx who advocated sharing – communism – is seen as evil.
And please know China and other so called communist countries have “state capitalism” not communism.
(I wrote a paper on Karl Marx when I majored in sociology)
Some one told me not to go on about the ecology because there is nothing that they can do:
but they and you can:
Do what you can in the microcosm
Feed the birds even if your neighbours abuse you because they don’t want the noise and the poop.
Don’t chop down trees
Trees don’t light fires
humans do
Makes more sense to get rid of arsonists rather than trees
Google eco friendly homes and gardens for ideas:
Don’t use poisons:
Try your best to adhere to ahimsa
Don’t kill insects and mice etc

A SHORT STORY ABOUT HEALING THE BLUE PLANET
I wrote and published this sci fi short story a few years ago (under the above title) when the human population was only 7.4 billion:
(1st published 4th April 2017)
It is now 8 billion.
Our cultural norms and the Protestant Ethic are causing the extinction of all life.
I wrote this as social satire and sympathetic magic
I realize my writing style doesn’t fit what people expect
My excuse –I majored in sociology not literature 😛
I wanted to put my idea that humans are not indigenous to the planet
A few lines from this short story:
“Most humans think that those who live in harmony with the environment are primitive and inferior. Actually they don’t think.
They just mindlessly conform to what those in power and their entertainment media tell them.
They are really stupid but consider themselves superior to all other life forms because they talk:
They think if something or someone doesn’t talk they don’t understand.
They thoughtlessly destroy everything. They call some creatures vermin, when humans are the vermin. They kill insects and destroy all the trees despite the fact that insects and trees are essential.
And everything literally goes down the drain polluting the oceans instead of nourishing other life.”
In the following book I hope to help those who wish to develop their clairvoyant abilities.
In “The Clairvoyant Experiences Of A Sceptic” I told a few of my clairvoyant experiences.
Listening to others similar stories made me realize that
it is so much better if you can have these experiences first hand.

I realize some people still equate witches with evil people who sacrifice animals.
Not us!

The concept that witches were evil began at the inquisition when the Church of Rome was trying to get rid of the Old Religion and the women herbalists.
The Satanists, who we are sometimes equated with, got their ideas from Malleus Maleficarum,
which is about how to torture people to get them to say they are witches and not about witchcraft as it says if you Google!
Our rituals are similar to American Indian rituals –at least the one I am aware of, which is Sioux tradition.
After telling a friend that I used to lecture on Wicca in the 1980s and early 1990s –
I told her that in the 1990s when it was becoming popular it attracted a lot of people to training courses
Her reply was “you must have made a lot of money“
WE DID NOT CHARGE
Neophytes were asked to donate for candles and incense.
Back to witches not being evil.
I will not kill anything — Not spiders: mice: insects: trees –
I believe everything that exists has consciousness and deserves respect.
I have cried on many occasions because I haven’t been able to save a bird: animal or reptile that had been hit by a car – at least I move them off the road so that they are not continuously run over.
I get upset when moths throw themselves at the window to get to the light.
This doesn’t mean there are not people out there calling themselves witches and killing animals.
Male witches are called witches,
so if someone claims to be a warlock be suspicious.

Electromagnetic waves?
I googled electromagnetic waves but am no wiser:
“Definition of ‘Electromagnetic Waves’ Definition: Electromagnetic waves or EM waves are waves that are created as a result of vibrations between an electric field and a magnetic field. In other words, EM waves are composed of oscillating magnetic and electric fields.”
If anyone would like to explain what they are or theorise on how they can be used –please let me know
We were talking about the old TV series Stargate:
It reminded me of an absolutely true story. ——————
I STARTED DEVELOPING MY CLAIRVOYANCE IN THE 1970’S in a Spiritualist circle.
The Spiritualists work with guides and these guides are more than just imagination or thought forms.
Other people have described the same guide that I saw without my saying anything.
I don’t know if they are us in another incarnation or just chose to help us.
I believe either may apply.
With my clairvoyance everything flashes in a fraction of a second;
visuals/clairvoyance:
auditory/clairaudience:
and even concepts.
I just presume we are “out of phase.
.
(This quick flash tied in with a theory put forth in a book that I had read before pursuing the Spiritualist path. That many realities exist in the same space but because the electrons are revolving at different speeds (per each reality) around the protons & neutrons the other realities are out of phase.
There is an episode of Stargate SG1 –SHOW AND TELL where the Reetu are out of phase)
The guide I have been aware of since I started with the Spiritualist groups has given me proof of who he is.
As well as taking me on astral journeys with him in his life time.
In one we were in an Egyptian reed canoe. (Which I later checked in the library because my idea of Egypt came from the movie “Cleopatra” and I was expecting lavish barges.—-No Google this was the 1970s)
I brought myself out of this “astral journey?” because it was too violent for me. We were in a battle zone.
Back in the seventies pyramid power was a fad.
I asked my guide who is a Nubian Egyptian about pyramids.
He told me that “pyramids refract electromagnetic waves as a prism refracts light.”
I had no idea what electromagnetic waves were and in the nineteen seventies it was difficult to find information.
I eventually l found a page in an encyclopedia
So why would one want to refract electromagnetic waves?
In “What the Bleep” it is explained that if we don’t have a concept for something it doesn’t exist for us –so I accept that in this reality my concepts and understanding are limited
Time has fascinated me since I was a child: I understand that time decreases with velocity:
when I “asked my guides about surviving death I was asked “Can you conceptualize no linear time?” My answer being “No” the reply was “We cannot explain”
I can accept that time isn’t linear but do not have a concept
I was “told” about a genetically engineered virus coming but only mentioned it to one person — who commented to me when COVID arrived
My mentor said you don’t tell bad stuff unless you can say how to avoid it
She didn’t label it a nocebo but of course it would be
I have been given info on environmental stuff but will not “tell” for the same reason

A friend who put his music with Amazon never got much in royalties and said they come up with costs and expenses not listed
They have exclusive rights to my books so I cannot remove same
I didn’t write them for the money
The sci fi is social satire
And the clairvoyance is to tell some of my experiences
But these days when I am struggling to buy groceries and not well enough to do readings it would be nice to have a little extra money
Still I have much to be thankful for

The Good Old Days
When I was a child I promised myself that I wouldn’t go on about “the good old days”
when I became older!
I found myself saying something like this to the vet
I just said to her that it is a sad reflection on today’s society that veterinaries and doctor’s main concerns were making money!
I know that the “good old days” were not that good!
The “plus” about when I was young was that the population of the whole of Australia was twelve million: When there is only a small population people’s out look is different:
Life flows at a slower pace and your average Aussie would go out of their way to help any one!
In the seventies I was in Women’s Liberation; Animal Liberation: Greenpeace ( we were considered the lunatic fringe back then) and later last century Trees for Life.
When I was in Women’s Liberation : we had the vote but not equal-rights!
Women couldn’t have bank accounts:
couldn’t buy houses/property:
couldn’t hold a government job if married:
were only paid 75% of a man’s wage:
landlords would not rent to separated women:
no women’s shelter: your husband apprently had every right to beat you: —-you were his property:
When I went to a solicitor to get a divorce I was told that abuse wasn’t grounds for divorce
And if I mentioned abuse to someone I was told “You must of deserved it”
women had to give up a baby if not married:
men were expected to be promiscuous: women were expected to be virgins:
never understood how this worked
. Women’s Liberation only asked that we be treated as equal.
Most men of my era still see women as an inferior sub culture:
Children had no rights: many were victims of abuse and it was difficult for those campaigning against child pornography: sexual abuse and other abuse to even be heard.
In the “good old days” your average mindless automaton had no concern for other life forms or the ecology of the planet! They considered their (our) species superior! And that god made it that way!
And back then; most women believed that women should be kept in their place— “A wife is a device that you screw on the bed and it does the housework.!”
I dropped out of both Animal Liberation and Trees for Life a few years ago because most of the people involved these days; do so because it is fashionable; and are so tied up with rules and protocol that the goals of caring for animals and or trees are not achieved.
I am a life member of GreenPeace but have had nothing to do with them for decades because they seem more concerned about collecting donations.
At my very first sociology lecture we were told that “there is always the us and them dichotomy” and “say organisation say oligarchy” At the time I thought what a load of crap! Since then I have seen it every where.
I was involved with Wicca: clairvoyance and “energy healing” back when few were aware of the existence of such things!
Now that it is part of the culture it has taken on the Protestant ethic of “lets make money out of this!”
On Facebook there are posts saying leave things to Karma! If everyone waited for Karma or ” left things to god” we would still be living in the Dark Ages!
(plus the western interpretation of the word karma is not accurate
Its literal meaning is work –but like the word Namaste it doesn’t translate directly into English)
My grand children’s generation are concerned about the environment etc.
So here’s to the “good new days!”

Despite training “would be witches” last century and earlier this century I stopped believing that we create our own reality.
I now acknowledge that we do but that there are other variables influencing this:
not the least being the thoughts and words of other homo sapiens.
Hence the Witches Pyramid “says” To know: to Dare: to Will and TO KEEP SILENT
I used to tell neophytes that it is intent that matters and emotion that empowers.
We draw energy by chanting and dancing (the cone of power).
Most people would be aware of the idea of a self fulfilling prophecy:
“A self-fulfilling prophecy is a prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true, by the very terms of the prophecy itself, due to positive feedback between belief and behaviour.” Wikipedia
The power of suggestion –When I am in too much pain to cope or my anxiety disorder kicks in I say to my self “RELAX” and “SMILE”.
Try saying smile to yourself and see what happens 😀
Another thing about magic is
that it our subconscious
–we witches call younger self
–that communicates with our higher self—
which I personally call my true self —
and our subconscious takes everything literally
any good psychologist or hypnotherapist will tell you this
Since I was seven I remember being able to sense my
“true self”
this is difficult to explain
it isn’t like transactional analysis — It doesn’t feel like a “parent” or “adult”
but something wise and powerful
I am mentioning it because I know others feel this
I believe that our culture programmes us to feel powerless –
But won’t go off on a tangent about this
There is so much available on magic and spells these days:

A CREATIVE MEDITATION
CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION
This is a visualization meditation
You create a sacred space which you use for healing
talking with friends
solving problems
creating anything that you wish
I recorded this guided meditation for a psychic development group that I was running, at participants request
I have put it in writing to bring down your guides for the first time as it isn’t included in the audio
The colours and numbers take your consciousness to alpha.
MEDITATION
Relax: centre: and protect yourself.
Breathe deeper and slower that you normally would.
Visualize the colour RED and know that you are becoming more relaxed.
Now visualize ORANGE
YELLOW
GREEN
BLUE: you are very relaxed and calm now.
INDIGO
VIOLET
You are now on a beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Smell the sea air. Hear the seagulls and the thunder of the waves. Stay here a while relaxing.
You see an hole in the cliff face and start walking toward this.
You enter and find yourself in a cave lit by phosphorescent fungi.
There are steps going down.
You descend these steps.
12;11;10;9;8;7;6;5;4;3;2;1
There is a door in front of you.
You open this door.
This is your sacred space:
You create this yourself.
The more that you use this meditation the more powerful it will become.
Have an elevator to the right at the back to bring people down for healing; problems solving; or just to talk to.
Always send them back up.
The first time you go to you sacred space you bring down a male & female guide.
They stay here. You do not send THEM back.
visualize the lift/elevator going up
then coming back down
as the door opens your female guide steps out
notice how she looks
ask her name
ask her to stand by you while you send the elevator back up
and then down again
as the door opens your male guide steps out
notice how he looks
ask his name
spend time talking with your guides
create your sacred space
Create a door to the back left to go on astral journeys.
A clock and calendar to change the date & time. — or these days a computer would do.
Anything that you feel that you require for healing
Anything you wish
I have a “natural” mineral pool because I like nature:
You could have a spar
Or a medical bed like they have in Star Trek 😛
Remember that your guides stay in this sacred space awaiting you.
When you are ready go back the way that you came.
