Just another WordPress.com site
I was going to post about how humans terrify me
(who wants to fit into a culture where
sociopaths succeed
psychopaths are glorified
Lying narcissist cause irreparable harm to others
and mindless automatons fit in
A culture that stereotypes and categorizes
Where attractive people are considered the good guys and intelligent–(thanks partly to movies and tv where the hero is always attractive)
My generation (The Flower Power Generation)
have been the catalyst for change
I was in “Women’s Liberation”
Women had no rights and no status and the majority of women believed this was how it should be.
We couldn’t buy a house and landlords would not rent to separated women:
we couldnt have a bank account
a solicitor told me that abuse wasn’t grounds for divorce
I Googled this — “Women also faced financial discrimination and were seen as a high-risk investment by banks as little as just 50 years ago. It wasn’t until 1975 that women could open a bank account in their own name.”
A woman was expected to stay a virgin until she was married:
A man was expected to be promiscuous:
Never understood how that worked:
In the 1950s gay men were put into a mental institution (in South Australia — think it was prison in other countries)
AND THEN CAME THE SEXUAL REVOLUTION.
YIPPEE!
Gays could stop pretending that they were heterosexual.
And women could enjoy sex.
I was in the original Greenpeace –
Animal liberation and later Trees For Life
Greenpeace was considered a dangerous radical group and its member deviant
Greenpeace wax concerned about how much damage humans were doing to the ecology and environment
Population and that nuclear waste cannot be safely disposed of
In the 1970s I was ridiculed and abused for being a vegetarian
This century environmental groups have devolved into impotent bureaucracies
BUT
On a positive note
thanks to both social media and the media
more are aware of the problems humans have and are causing
ACENTUATING THE POSITIVE =
more people care about the enviroment
more respect cultures
more respect sexual prefrences
and more are vegans
be kind to non humans

I took this photo last century on Kangaroo Island
A SHORT STORY ABOUT HEALING THE BLUE PLANET
I wrote and published this sci fi short story a few years ago (under the above title) when the human population was
7.4 billion:
(1st published 4th April 2017)
It is now more than 8 .2 billion
I wrote this short story as social satire and sympathetic magic
The idea that we were genetically engineered is from Mayan writings plus my belief that humans are not indigenous to the planet
The concept of translocation was once a practice pre Roman Empire and apparently still is in some so called primitive cultures
He idea that humans were livestock for the gods is mine but am sure others have thought this
I chose Ophiuchus because I was I was drawn to this constellation
I chose Kunapipi because I respect and admire the wisdom and spirituality of indigenous Australians
I should have called this book LIFE AFTER DEATH as my experiences convinced me that this life isn’t all that there is –
The clairvoyant Experiences of a Sceptic is not a literary masterpiece
but a true story.
I dont know the meaning of life:
nor understand the nature of reality:
I do know physical death is not the end.
And there are so many amazing stories omitted so as not to break client confidentiality.
The second part I wrote as therapy and had not intended to include.
It wasn’t included in the original l publication
( I started shaking when I tried to write about the abuse so it is badly written and a great deal omitted)
