YOU ARE PROBABLY AN ORIGINAL THINKER

I was motivated to reblog this after being reminded that most people treat and label others by the way they look –this includes doctors and other professionals

People who are overweight

have a speech impediment

disfigurement

disability

 or simply don’t fit the media/social definition of attractive

are treated with contempt

In our culture sociopaths succeed

Psychopaths are glorified

And mindless automatons fit it

HAIL TO THEE ORIGINAL THINKERS

I have deleted the video clip from The Matrix  but included the quote:

“Most of these people are not ready to be unplugged and many are so inured; so hopelessly dependant on the system that they will fight to protect it”

Original thinkers are no longer put to death

nor put in a mental institution:

they are just treated with contempt by mindless automatons.

Original thinkers see beyond their cultural programming:

OUR CULTURAL NORMS ARE MAKING ALL LIFE EXTINCT

The concept that only humans matter is so destructive to the ecology

chopping down trees:

culling other life forms because they are considered vermin or dangerous:

Destroying flora and fauna for real estate development:

thinking concrete is better than dirt:

refusing to implement zero population growth.

and so much more.
