CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION
This is a visualization meditation
You create a sacred space which you use for healing
talking with friends
solving problems
creating anything that you wish
I recorded this guided meditation for a psychic development group that I was running, at participants request
I have put it in writing to bring down your guides for the first time as it isn’t included in the audio
And there is a mistake in the audio near end of meditation
The colours and numbers take your consciousness to alpha.
MEDITATION
Relax: centre: and protect yourself.
Breathe deeper and slower that you normally would.
Visualize the colour RED and know that you are becoming more relaxed.
Now visualize ORANGE
YELLOW
GREEN
BLUE: you are very relaxed and calm now.
INDIGO
VIOLET
You are now on a beach. Feel the sand between your toes. Smell the sea air. Hear the seagulls and the thunder of the waves. Stay here a while relaxing.
You see an hole in the cliff face and start walking toward this.
You enter and find yourself in a cave lit by phosphorescent fungi.
There are steps going down.
You descend these steps.
12;11;10;9;8;7;6;5;4;3;2;1
There is a door in front of you.
You open this door.
This is your sacred space:
You create this yourself.
The more that you use this meditation the more powerful it will become.
Have an elevator to the right at the back to bring people down for healing; problems solving; or just to talk to.
Always send them back up.
The first time you go to you sacred space you bring down a male & female guide.
They stay here. You do not send THEM back.
visualize the lift/elevator going up
then coming back down
as the door opens your female guide steps out
notice how she looks
ask her name
ask her to stand by you while you send the elevator back up
and then down again
as the door opens your male guide steps out
notice how he looks
ask his name
spend time talking with your guides
create your sacred space
Create a door to the back left to go on astral journeys.
A clock and calendar to change the date & time. — or these days a computer would do.
Anything that you feel that you require for healing
Anything you wish
I have a “natural” mineral pool because I like nature:
You could have a spar
Or a medical bed like they have in Star Trek 😛
Remember that your guides stay in this sacred space awaiting you.
When you are ready go back the way that you came.

The sabbats are seasonal:
so in the southern hemisphere it is Beltane (MayDay)
In the northern hemisphere it is Samhain (Halloween)
Beltane was a fertility festival where the villages would come together:
This way “in- breeding” – in the same village was lessened.
A child conceived at Beltane was considered special.
We witches in the days before Wicca became popular; and before “political correctness” ;
jokingly called it the “Nookie Festival.”

AHIMSA
I tried my best to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word/concept
Impossible in a culture that believes only humans have a soul and only money matters
As a child I got a bashing for not wanting to eat meat:
The same meal served to me for breakfast lunch and tea until I ate it:
And my mother threatened to have me put in a mental institution
Today I wish I was still living in my house by the sea with trees and wildlife— it was a sanctuary of life
I have just been informed that pest control are coming to this retirement village to kill rats — to keeps snakes away
Rats have every right to be here
And speaking from personal experience snakes move away from us
Those who believe other life forms have a right to be here
Please send (or pray for) protection for all creatures that most humans label as vermin or kill to keep away from crops
INTENTION IS WHAT MATTERS AND EMOTION EMPOWERS
This includes birds, kangaroos, snails, mice, rats. beetles, insects etc.
I wrote and published this sci fi short story a few years ago when the human population was only 7.4 billion:
(1st published 4th April 2017)
It is now mor than 8 billion.
Our cultural norms and the Protestant Ethic are causing the extinction of all life.
I wrote this as social satire and sympathetic magic
I wanted to put my idea that humans are not indigenous to the planet
The idea that we were genetically engineered is from Mayan writings plus my belief that humans are not indigenous to the planet
The concept of translocation was once a practice pre Roman Empire and apparently still is in some so called primitive cultures
The idea that humans were livestock for the gods is mine but am sure others have thought this
I chose Ophiuchus because I was I was drawn to this constellation
I chose Kunapipi because I respect and admire the wisdom and spirituality of indigenous Australians
The clairvoyant Experiences of a Sceptic is not a literary masterpiece
but a true story.
I don’t know the meaning of life:
nor understand the nature of reality:
I do know physical death is not the end.
And there are so many amazing stories omitted so as not to break client confidentiality.
The second part I wrote as therapy and had not intended to include.
It wasn’t included in the original l publication
( I started shaking when I tried to write about the abuse so it is badly written and a great deal omitted)

I AM ANTHROPHOBIC
I am anthrophobic – don’t think it is officially a word but
I have been saying this for several decades
(Break it down etymologically——

Part of my reasons are because I have suffered a life time of abuse from significant others and strangers who believe lies told by a narcissist
My main reason is most humans lack of respect for other life forms and are causing the extinction of all life on the planet
Religion defines a culture
Our culture believes other life forms don’t feel and have no soul.
The Koran and Old Testament are almost identical (I’ve read them both)
Presuming The Torah is similar to the Old Testament
Both Jehovah and Allah are the same god
Yet Islam and Judaism play a dominant role in Palestine and Israeli conflict
War destroys so much life.
When Constantine decided to combine Jesus teachings and Judaism and make it the religion of Rome –there was a meeting in Nicaea to decide what to put in the bible and what to leave out
Our culture believes other life forms don’t feel and have no soul.
We have destroyed the ecology and continue to make all life extinct.
I tried to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word and concept:
People ridiculed and abused me for this:
some told me I was anthropomorphising animals and other life forms.
As if I would wish any creature to be human 😛
If we credit some “Being” as having created this reality, this “Being” would have to be a sadistic psychopath.
Every creature has to deprive another life form of its existence in order to survive. ( Its called eating)
Just breathing kills other life forms! As we breathe in micro organisms.
I believe everything that exists has a consciousness: And because of my clairvoyant experiences I believe everything survives beyond physical death.
I asked clairvoyantly about “the meaning of life” which strangely enough isn’t 42 (Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy)
The answer I got was more a concept than words but translated, I was asked if I could conceptualize NO linear time and when I said “No” I was told that “they” couldn’t explain.

SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN TOLD I SHOULDN’T COMPLAIN ABOUT
Something I have been told I shouldn’t complain about—-but I am –because I want to —-also I know that many people can relate to this
I had 63 years and 8 months of abuse from my mother
I am almost 76 years old now
When the person that gave birth to me was alive I loved her and all I wanted was a kind word but her insults and abuse continued up to and including the week she died
She definitely fits the definition of a narcissist – her only goal was to be the centre of attention
“Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental health condition in which people have an unreasonably high sense of their own importance. They need and seek too much attention and want people to admire them. People with this disorder may lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others”
She was also a convincing liar
I am not surprised that people believed her lies – most people believed here to be all sweetness and light and believed that either me (or my Dad when alive) were horrible to her
i even believed her lies at times – knowing she lied about everything and anything
After Dad died she told me that the dog (a staffy cross bitch) wasn’t well and convinced me to have her put down
It only occurred to me much later that she just couldn’t be bothered with the dog
For as long as I remembered she told me “you are useless; a failure; a disappointment; cannot do anything right; neither use nor ornament”
I have blocked out a lot of my abuse but somethings will occasionally trigger a flashback.
When we were still at Northfield and I was already going to school my mother pushed me into the wood burning part of the wood stove when it was lit and shut the door: She then pulled me out: wrapped me in a blanket and told people that she had saved my life after I crawled in. I had first degree burns.
A few years later we moved to Salisbury North. It was still mostly farms at the time.
When I was ten my mother was bashing me with a scrubbing brush and had also washed my mouth out with soap. I said to her “I haven’t done anything wrong” and she told my that she just felt like bashing me. Despite this, for over half a century I believed that I deserved abuse because this is what everyone told me.
Had I not believed that I was the problem and seen what my mother was like I wouldn’t have let her mind my children and my husband’s nephews and saved these nephews from trauma that has affected their lives

AHIMSA – In a culture that believes only humans matter
When I walked this morning there was a snail squashed on the foot path –it really upset me especially as there was nothing I could do to help
When I was younger I thought that I was insane because I cared about other life forms
Probably because my mother threatened to have me put in a mental hospital because I didn’t want to eat meat
I tried my best to practice ahimsa before I was aware of this word/concept
Impossible in a culture that believes only humans have a soul and only money matters

I fed the local birds for 25 years when i lived at Goolwa –not accptable now that I am in a retirement village
When i lived in Goolwa mindless automatons told me
“Do not to feed the birds -they are meant to find their own food”
It doesn’t occur to them that the human plague (of 8.2 Billion) has destroyed the homes and food sources of all other life – making so many extinct.
The larger birds (carnivores) kill the smaller birds for food because thanks to homo sapiens there are not enough mice worms or small reptiles for them to eat
A couple of years back in Australia they started culling the kookaburras to stop them killing the smaller birds
I feed the crows too –one neighbour complained about their noise
The other told me that she likes the Ibis but not the crow.
Crows like many other life forms are disliked because of cultural programming
The crow I fed, fed the baby before she? fed herself
I wasn’t able to take a photo because the baby flew away when I walk outside – came back when I went in.
Humans have this effect on me — have said I am anthrophobic for decades – don’t think it is an actual word)
It upsets me that people use poisons and insecticides
And label rats and mice vermin
And then there are kangaroos which most farmers consider vermin and kill them
In the 1970s I was a member of the original Greenpeace
We were labelled dangerous radicals
I was ridiculed and abused for being in Animal Liberation and a vegetarian
This has changed
These days I am abused for caring about insects moths and spiders
And told that insects are vermin and dangerous to my health
Humans are dangerous–
Considering all the positive changes in my life time I am optimistic that
the caring, intelligent people will prevail and stop all life from becoming extinct.
