NUCLEAR WASTE

In the 1970s I was in the original Greenpeace:

We were labelled a dangerous radical group.

One of the things I learned is that nuclear waste cannot be safely disposed of :

The only safe way would be to shoot it into the sun.

When I googled it didn’t say this but then Google doesn’t necessarily give accurate information
