Before the Industrial Revolution one’s status went up with one’s age.

Elders were respected!

Post-Industrial Revolution we see new things as good and old things as no good and this transfers to people.

My wisdom for today is regarding emotion

 When I was teaching magic to would be witches

I told them intent is what matters and emotion empowers

 

In the early nineteen nineties (a friend and myself organised a psychic fair)

One of the stall holders did a reading for me and said—“I know emotions affect everyone’s health but it is more so with you”

I have been reminded recently that this is true for me

So when I realize emotions are affecting my health

I use my emotions to heal myself instead  –

I just affirm –

“turn this to my highest good”

I say other healing affirmations

and cleanse my aura

a shower or the wind will cleanse my aura

This century a young lady in one of my psychic development groups told me I was an empath –a concept I wasn’t familiar with because in the 70s and 80s there were no new age shops and such things were taboo in South Australia

I am aware others have problems blocking out negative energy – in social settings and supermarkets

I put white violet and then silver around myself and also draw pentagrams
