TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE

This was the very first blog that I wrote: April 23rd 2012

It is very long for a blog:

Having never written a blog before I set it out with bibliography etc 😛

And my conclusion was I didn’t know what point I was making   😛

The point I was making was that I am honest and genuine:

And I still believe my dharma is to care about non human life which is getting harder and harder as the human plague makes up 99% of the planets population and is way over 7.7billion:

I am including the blog in its entirety but feel free to  skip over it and head to the ads 😀

“This above all; to thine own self be true,

And it must follow, as night follows day,

Thou canst not then be false to any man,”

Hamlet Act 1, scene 3, 78–82

Being true to ones self is much more than just being honest.

This Shakespeare quote is how I try to live my life.

Our culture operates on the assumption that people are honest and truthful yet this often isn’t so.

On a “white lie” level; how often do people say what they think the other person wants to hear or lie to get attention & make themselves feel important.

Lying; cheating; stealing and scams are rampant.

On the other hand one could argue that telling the truth is not always kind?

I feel so strongly about telling the truth as I believe it to be that even if I accidentally lie I feel guilty.

What I write I believe either to be true or possible. I am not “into” “absolute ideologies” so I acknowledge this is only my opinion.

The following is a quote from Marion Weinstein’s “Positive Magick”( Bibliography: page 234; Positive Magic: Earth Magic productions New York; First published in 1978 by Simon & Schuster Pocket Books New York)

Ma’Kheru, or The Word of Truth

The concept of Ma’ Kheru, or Maat, was a highly regarded state of being in ancient Egypt. In fact it was always hoped that by the time a person died, he/ she would have reached this state of personal evolution.

In my lifetime society’s attitude to clairvoyance and associated philosophies has improved along with attitudes to minority groups such as women; different races; sexual preference; etc. Although there are still many “out there” who consider clairvoyance to be a con at best and evil at worst.

People are free to believe as they choose and I have no desire to alter people’s beliefs or opinions.

I do not require others to believe as I do to make it true.

The clairvoyants that I know (including myself) are genuine and honest

I was made aware of a scam last century where people who went for a reading were told that a “hex” had been put on them and were charged $2,000 to remove same. Similar scams still happen

The way to avoid being conned is to trust ones “gut”!

To quote or maybe paraphrase Dr. Deepak Chopra:” We should always trust our “gut”. Every cell in our bodies has neuropeptides which means every cell thinks. It is better to trust your “gut” because it hasn’t learned to doubt what it thinks.”

I am able to see & communicate with people that have died as well as other discarnate beings. I know that my clairvoyant ability is genuine because I was extremely sceptical in the nineteen seventies when I first participated in Spiritualist psychic development groups. I made sure that I was being honest with myself so that I knew I was really “seeing”

Everyone is clairvoyant. Because we live in a culture that denies  the existence of this ability; the ability atrophies.

I have had numerous experiences to confirm that I am truly communicating with beings who are no longer in this reality.

When I “see” (clairvoyance); “hear” (clairaudience) or” feel”  (clairsensience) It flashes in a fraction of a second. To be pedantic a sixteenth of a second.

The spiritualist would train us to remember what we saw by putting items on a tray. Covering same with a tea towel; removing the towel for a fraction of a second and then cover the items again. We had to see how many items we could remember and describe.

Knowing that I have helped someone by proving that their loved one is genuinely communicating is my greatest reward. I am not interested in the payment, although I don’t refuse the money. I have done readings for an exchange or for free in some circumstances.

My first paid reading for the general public was in 1980 when I worked in a coffee lounge called “The Sixth Sense” which was on O’Connell Street North Adelaide.

Despite my clairvoyant awareness and experiences I do not claim to understand the nature of reality. And I have questioned the nature of reality since I was seven years old. (six decades ago)

I have my theories but am also aware that these theories are limited by the cultural and personal concepts that I have. Even analogies cannot really help me understand this multi universe and what is beyond it.

I realize that I am going off on a tangent  here but this is something that I often do  so I am still being true to me.

Long before the movie The Matrix came out I used to say to the people in my psychic development groups – “Imagine you are in a virtual reality!”

Another theory that interests me relates to the human race who I always thought didn’t belong on planet Earth. Humans do not fit in with the ecological balance. They have already destroyed the planet beyond repair according to “Greenpeace”  I rarely mention this theory as it  offends  some people’s religious beliefs but I sometimes wonder if we were genetically engineered by extra terrestrials as slave labour and a food source. These ET’s being the “gods”.

It explains the lack of a missing link and the idea of human sacrifices?

I have been told that there are references to this concept in Mayan manuscripts.

I have been unable to find such information.

The Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy gives the meaning of life as 42. The obvious satire being we are not asking the right question.

And Monty Python’s Meaning of Life – Is it an after dinner mint?

I have always been interested in quantum physics as was my father now deceased. In his day it was quantum mechanics.

The movie “What the Bleep Do We Know” gives fascinating incites into quantum

physics and neuro biology.

Reading my own blog I question myself as to “What’s the point I am making?” And there seems to be no conclusion!

I guess in looking back on my life: being true to myself and “what makes my heart sing” Is to use my clairvoyance to help someone communicate with a loved one who has died and see how much  difference it makes when I can give them genuine information from the” deceased “ person.

But I believe my dharma is to help the planet as best I can.

AND NOW THE ADS  😛

readings card

I know that I no longer look like this photo: Someone who hadn’t seen me for more than a decade said “You used to be beautiful” Couldn’t decide if it was an insult or a compliment     😛

Since first offering email readings I have had excellent feedback.

They are $60 Australian. (concessions available)

They are inexpensive because I do not believe in the Protestant Ethic of turning everything into a money-making venture:

We don’t share with one another and don’t even consider we should share with other lifeforms: this attitude has contributed to the extinction of many species: trees, plants, insects, reptiles, sea life, animals etc

I am still able to see and communicate with people that have passed over on an email reading.

My motivation is to help:

And if I tell you that I will get back to you if I get more this follow up is free of charge:

Please send a recent photo of yourself

to katallen1949@hotmail.com

I am able to accept overseas clients.

You may use debit cards, credit cards or PayPal

Gift vouchers are available:

GIFTVOUCHER

To purchase one just email me asking for same.

I saw an ad for John Edward coming here in November which said “Is someone waiting to talk to you?”

Thought I may plagiarise that line except I “see” more than “hear”.

A wise friend pointed out to me how rare it is for people to give feedback on a book— I am so blessed.

I posted the following on FB 17th April

“I received a letter — well to be pedantic it was a card with a seascape — giving me positive feedback on my non fiction book today.

On Monday someone took the time to tell me how helpful and interesting my book was for them.

I have almost always had feedback on my clairvoyant readings but had not had many re book until now:

It has made me so happy I am crying— Yeah I know that I am weird.  ”

The following review has apparently been on my non fiction book since last August. (2018)

I only noticed recently

Wonderful yet sad bits. But it is a testament to her life. I cry for the abuse she suffered. Horrific times. Bright Blessings to you Kathleen.”

END QUOTE

And yesterday I received a text from a friend that “ doesn’t believe in this stuff” giving me positive feed back on my book and telling me that she used to have flying dreams

I have bragged about positive feedback on my book I think it only fair that I should share negative feedback;

Someone told me that they didn’t like my book:

that it was all over the place:

there were mistakes:

and that it looked like I thought of something and just wrote it down.

The criticism is valid:

I was going to republish with corrections but hadn’t saved the original template for the paperback;

With my sci fi short story I did it properly with a story out line etc.

With the non fiction I wrote the first part in one sitting for something to do because I couldn’t stand up:

So it definitely was NOT set out properly:

But the “all over the place” was deliberate.

And the second half I wrote as therapy for myself and wasn’t going to include it because I know that generally speaking people just don’t want to know about abuse.

The following sci fi short story will not appeal to people who believe humans are the only species that matter.

Blessed be

and be kind to non human life
